Enjoy Life Foods  Seed and Fruit snacks are great for on the go anytime and they are so good for you.  They are  also free of all eight allergens and are great on their  own or  put on your breakfast  ( if you are having  oatmeal or cereal) l or throw them in a little pack to have  on the go  while running around to give yourself a little protein boost – always good to keep your energy up, especially at this time of the year  when shopping for Christmas gifts!

 They come in 2 flavors – the Beach Bash and Mountain mambo. I really like both of them, but I have to say the winner is probably the Beach bash…. that’s only because it contains chocolate chips  {anything chocolate wins in my book!}-  but they’re both equally delicious!

The great thing about the seed and fruit mix is  that they are completely school safe as well as delicious! In certain parts of the country,you  may  find them on sale this month! Always a good thing when they are on sale… they’re great to have around the house for a quick, energy boost snack anytime during the day.

The Enjoy Life  website also  has some great recipes that you can try  that use the fruit and seed mixes – Merry Mambo Munch  is a great one for the upcoming holiday season  when making special holiday treats .
