Social Media Strategy Audit

(Examine existing Strategy, baseline reports and give recommendations on moving forward).

• Daily updates (5 days)  per platform as required up to 3 platforms (FB, Twitter, Instagram).
• Responding/RTing/engaging/commenting in real time. Jumping into and adding to relevant conversations when appropriate. Adding value to followers.
• Social listening and monitoring [of brand, keywords and competitors] /research/curation/prospecting – identifying, adding and engaging influencers.
• Follower/following segmentation lists.
• Crisis policy initiation and implementation if necessary.
• Ongoing reports monthly
• Communication re additional events, and changes in strategy.
