Schneiders Gluten Free Bologna

October 10, 2013

One of my favourite childhood memories during school was having bologna for lunch – it was always one of my go to favorites.  I can still remember enjoying the tang of mustard that I would apply to it, and that complemented the bologna so perfectly. In those days I would have an actual bologna sandwich.  Since going gluten free, bread isn’t always a necessity for me.  😉 But I still like a little mustard spread on it [whether I have it with Gluten free bread or not!]!

When I found out that Schneider’s was coming out with a gluten free version I was very happy – I was instantly transported back to when I was a child.. great memories.

The new Country Naturals Bologna are as they were before – with all the great taste we remember and the wholesome, natural ingredients that go into every slice of Schneiders® Country Naturals®

  2. When we were in elementary school, we used to get milk containers for lunch. These were delivered to our classroom mid-morning so they were usually warm by lunch. Yuck!

  3. Oh, I adored Fruit Roll-Ups (which I don’t let my kids have – hilariously enough). I’d wrap them around my finger and suck on them until they disappeared. It took a LONG time.

  4. I remember Hot Dog Day once a month, we could order a hotdog, wagon wheel and juice or milk and watch a movie at lunch!

  5. I remember it being a long time between getting off the bus at school and when we could finally eat our lunch.

  6. I remember getting orange juice in a thermos when I was in grade one. The orange juice had so much pulp in it I was gagging on it. To this day I do not like juice with pulp in it!
