Yogurt is a big staple in our house; we eat a lot of it!  It is always really nice to find a great yogurt that is gluten free as well.  Yoplait brand yogurts are my favourite, and they are gluten free with the exception of the muesli/granola mixed ones.

Whenever Yoplait comes out with a new flavour or variation we like to try it out. Their new Yopa! Greek yogurts are no exception, and they are so good! It is hard keeping those around here.  Seems like every time I turn around my daughter is having one…. but that’s okay, they are healthy and good for her. They are a great source of calcium with 10% of the daily recommended amount, and she really needs her calcium to help her grow strong bones.

My Indulgence

My daughter likes to have them as a quick treat after school and also likes to have them as her “dessert” after dinner.   I have to admit… I like to indulge in one after dinner as well …I like something sweet but not overly so. My  favorite is the Ooh-la-la strawberry cheesecake, I can indulge in something with the right amount of sweetness, that is super creamy, thick and delicious and it has 0 %  fat and is only 80 calories! My guilty pleasure! 🙂
